Idaho Huckleberry
House-made trail mix with Idaho huckleberries, dark chocolate, almonds and cashews — mixed in small batches for the back nine.
Prairie Market sits just off the lobby, between the pro shop counter and the coffee bar. It’s the first stop for a sleeve of balls before your tee time, a layer when the wind comes off the river, and a cold drink on the way back to your suite.
Alongside the Prairie Falls collection you’ll find local goods — Idaho huckleberry trail mix, smoked jerky from a Post Falls artisan, and craft beer from breweries down the road. Come see us at the counter.

Half of Prairie Market is a coffee bar. Locally roasted espresso, pastries out of the oven that morning, and grab-and-go sandwiches built for a cart ride — it’s the first thing open on the property and the reason the lobby smells the way it does at dawn.
A shelf set aside for North Idaho makers

House-made trail mix with Idaho huckleberries, dark chocolate, almonds and cashews — mixed in small batches for the back nine.

Hickory-smoked beef jerky from an artisan down the road. Locally sourced, no artificial preservatives, and gone by Sunday most weeks.

A rotating selection of craft beer from breweries within an hour of the property. The lineup changes with what they have on.
We put together gift boxes for tournament fields, welcome bags for wedding blocks, and thank-you sets for corporate retreats — a polo and a towel, or a tumbler, trail mix and a cap. Tell us the headcount and the budget and we’ll build it at the counter.
